Terms and Conditions

By becoming a member of Avalon Beach Pickleball Association Inc. in accordance with clause 5 of the Constitution, the member agrees:

1. to abide by the Club’s Constitution, By-laws, and Policies, as amended from time to time.

2. that he/she considers themselves to be physically fit and capable of full participation (including being able to safely participate) and further agrees to notify the Club if this changes.

3. that he/she understands that participation in playing the game of Pickleball, which is organised and sponsored by Avalon Beach Pickleball Association Inc., involves a certain degree of risk that could result in injury, death or loss or damage to person or property. After carefully considering the risk involved and in view of the fact that Avalon Beach Pickleball Association Inc. is a non profit organisation, the member hereby releases, holds harmless and waives all claims associated with this activity which the member may have against Avalon Beach Pickleball Association Inc., its committee members and volunteers.
